3. Response and Removal

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and may notify the user (if applicable). Since ENCICLO does not allow user-generated content, such cases are rare.

4. Repeat Infringers

Although public accounts are not permitted on this website, we take copyright compliance seriously and reserve the right to block any party repeatedly involved in copyright violations.
